Please note: returns will not be accepted without a complete unboxing video and timely communication.

If your product is found defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ll replace it promptly. Just send the item back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and undamaged serial numbers. Immediate action is required: notify us within 2 days and provide your unboxing video.
